Arnold Coster
reporting in live for the the SummitClimb team.
September 16 Dispatch -
Hello, EverestNews.com! This
is Arnold Coster calling from the Summit Climb Cho Oyu 2004 Expedition. Today,
all members left at 10am to go to Camp 1, except Caroline and Jaques, who
needed an extra rest day. Everyone reached Camp one in 4 hours, which is a
very good time. Tomorrow we will have a puja ceremony, so we hope that the
Turquoise Goddess, Cho Oyu, will like that, and allow us to be on her summit.
Here is Dan for a short message....
Dan Blake: "Tell Chloe, Neil,
and Chauncey that Hidalgo sends his love, and he's doing just fine, and tell
her that Remy's rules are working just okay also." This is Arnold again, so
tomorrow we have a rest day, and the day after we will go up to Camp 1, so we
will keep you informed. Goodbye.
