Fourth
International Mountain Film Festival in Sliven
From 8 to 10 of October 2004
the Bulgarian town Sliven was host of the Fourth International Mountain Film
Festival. The vice-mayor of Sliven Dr. Penko Penkov was on the opening and
closing ceremony. For the second time such event was held in Sliven. (Two
festivals were held in town of Troian). Hopefully this would become a
tradition as the organizers promised.

Polish film "Ciao, Martina” by Dariusz Zaluski. This author won award “Camera

The Bulgarian movie "Thalay
Sagar between the Sun and the shadow” was decorated with a special prize of
Sliven's community and won award for soundtrack of the Festival Director. The
prize for outdoor activity was won by German movie "High Above" of Till
