Stian Voldmo send this report via email today: We heard from Mick yesterday! He should be at the airport in Tumlingtar by now, and arriving Kathmandu tomorrow. We are very pleased to hear from him, because the weather has been very bad in the mountains. On his final attempt Mick, could not reach higher than Camp 1 because of terrible winds. He therefore had to leave the equipment in C2 and C3 behind. Now that we know Mick is safe, we can finally celebrate a successful expedition.
