ANDALUCIA K2: SUMMIT ATTEMPT

The summit attempt is on the way for the Andalucians.  Yesterday, Sunday 25th, the climbers of the Andalucia K2 expedition: Manuel González, Manuel Morales, Manuel Salazar and Fernando Fernández Vivancos, left from base camp to camp 2.  This morning they left camp 2 towards camp 3, which they have reached a few moments ago.

Finally, tomorrow they plan to get to camp 4 around noon, and leave for the summit around 11:00 or 12:00 in the night.  

Let's hope that they are lucky with the weather, so that by Thursday morning they can place the Andalucian flag on the summit of K2.
